When a project with HRP is over, we hope that your relationship with us is just beginning. We now offer the HRP Retention Plan as a way to provide our clients with continuous support so that we can be there to help you take on future challenges facing your IRB or HRPP.
The HRP Retention Plan is simple.
First…
You decide on a number of hours of work for which you would like to secure our services. The hours can be used for any of our service offerings or any other individualized package that falls within our areas of expertise.
Next…
We work with you to develop a contract that defines the terms of the retention plan. Once the terms are defined, then you submit your payment for the number of hours of work that you wish to purchase. For instance, if you secure 40 hours of work in your plan, then you will pay us for those 40 hours of work before we initiate our services.
Then…
You call us when you need us.
With each hour of work that HRP performs, we will subtract that from the total number of hours that you purchased in your retention plan. And so, if your first project takes us 10 hours to complete, then we subtract 10 hours from the 40 hours of total work that you purchased. As you can see, you are then left with 30 hours.
You don’t have to use the hours at once. We give you one year to use them as you see fit. This allows you to take some time to plan your year strategically.
Finally…
When you’ve used all of your hours, you can either renew the HRP Retention Plan for another cycle, or you can end your engagement with us. We will always be standing by to help you again should you need us.
