Free Initial Consultation:
We will meet with you either by phone or on-site to see how we can best serve you.
Needs Assessment:
After seeking your input and understanding your unique challenges, we will draft a needs analysis identifying the services required to accomplish your stated goals.
Proposal:
We will prepare an in-depth consulting proposal, which includes the following:
- An estimated timeline for project milestones and deliverables.
- An outline of the responsibilities of HRP Consulting Group and the client organization.
- Estimated costs for personnel, support services and expenses.
Fees:
Our fees are generally based on hourly rates and expenses, determined by the type of engagement, and the time required by our staff to accomplish the work.
A deposit of 1/3 is requested at the beginning of the contract period. The remainder is invoiced monthly.
Action:
We work with you closely as your project progresses so that you achieve each of your targeted milestones on your way to reaching your goal.
Evaluation:
At the end of the engagement, we approach all constituencies for a complete project evaluation.
Post-Project Support:
We maintain an ongoing relationship with all of our clients and continue to provide consultation and advice on an as-needed basis.
Summary:
Because we keep our overhead low, we are able to tailor the work we do to accommodate the needs of our clients and keep the cost of our consulting work to a minimum. This leads to a maximum return on our clients’ investment.
